When we will receive your apple product, we will start to customize it immediately. Usually it takes 2 to 4 days. Afterward we will dispatch your customized iPod or customized iPhone to your billing address and inform you about this by email. All this process (mail in, customize, mail out) can take up to 10 days. Usually you can have your personalized iPod or iPhone back in one week.
