How it works

Buy new customized iPod

Step 1

In this step you can choose a product from the range of new apple products. Note that we provide only customized products. If you need a product without customizing it please visit respective manufacturer website at www.apple.com

Step 2

Now you can choose to gold plate your chosen product and / or choose product color. For more information about gold plating please visit our FAQ section by pressing here.

Step 3

Please choose the memory capacity of your device in gigabytes. (1GB = 1 billion bytes; actual formatted capacity less). We are offering all range of apple product available on the market. Memory capacity depends on model you have chosen.

Step 4

Next you can choose to laser engrave your device as an option.

Note: In most cases we will have to polish off the original apple logo on the back cover of the device to get maximum space for the laser art.

No image:

The item will have no laser engraving processed by us. Except gold plated items. All gold plated items will be laser marked as standard 24ct Gold Plated or Gold Plated (for Rose Gold plating) mark.

White image (on stainless steel items)

Laser engraved-etched with bright contrasted finish.

The finish result is the same as original Apple engraving. This type of engraving considered as standard.

Black image (on stainless steel items)

We selectively apply laser receptive solution prior lasering to achieve black contrasted images. The finish result is permanent black high contrasted image.

Gold image (on Gold Plated items)

The back cover of the device will be laser engraved-etched and then gold plated. The device back cover and laser engraving will be gold plated.

White image (on Gold Plated items)

The back cover of the device will be gold plated and then laser engraved-etched by exposing original metal color. The finish result is permanent Bright contrasted white image on gold plated surface.

Step 5

If you had chosen your device to be laser engraved you can browse our predesigned art library. Art can to be etched on the back side or on the front side of the item. It depends on the chosen iPod model. Chose your art work and proceed to the next step.

Step 6

This step is for the custom text on the back of your chosen product. Note that you can still engrave a text on your item even if no artwork is chosen. Text will be the same color as your chosen art color or white if no artwork is selected. You can write three lines of text. Each line contains 25 symbols max. Write your custom text on the line1, line2, line3 field and then choose font. You can see how your product will look instantly. You can change text and fonts as much as you like. When you are happy about it click proceed.

Step 7

Now you have added your custom product to you basket. You can delete this product by pressing delete button on the right side of the shopping cart. If you want to browse for more products, press the continue shopping button, if you want to pay for your item proceed to checkout.

Step 8

You must be registered user to complete checkout procedure successfully. Please fill in registration form, or log in to your existing account. Note that we will only be able to send items to your credit / debit card billing address. So please review your registration carefully. After you successfully login, please choose delivery method. Note that delivery price will be added to your shopping cart. Now choose a payment method. We accept Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and PayPal payments. After successful money transfer procedure you will receive email confirmation, where you can find all necessary information about your order. Mail in your iPod

Step 1

If you have chosen to send us your iPod to customize please select you iPod model.

Step 2

For some products as iPod nano, iPod shuffle you must select color of your iPod. This must be done to give you a better clue how the final product will look.

Step 3

Next you can choose to laser engrave your device as an option.

You have purchased your item customization with us. Thank you. Now you must send us your item. Please revert to our packaging guide for advice how to properly prepare your item for transportation. Please read our terms and conditions and policies before ordering item customizing services.

Send us your art

Fill out your art form. If you had chosen to buy new apple product from us please see section buy new for more information. If you want to laser engrave your gadget please read mail in section. Please send us only good quality pictures for engraving. Minimum 300 dpi pictures required. We will not laser engrave any gadget from poor quality pictures. Engraving is done in monochrome format and engraved picture may look different. We are not engraving in color. Laser etching is done only in white color. In case you want to engrave your laptop etching color may vary.

Diamond edition

Diamond editions are made from 0.2-0.4 karat diamonds. We will provide guaranty certificate for every diamond edition. You can only buy new gadget with diamonds. No mail in service is available.

Fingerprint art

Choose service - buy new or mail in. If you had chosen to buy new apple product from us please see section buy new for more information. If you want to laser engrave your gadget please read mail in section. Please choose your ipod model and fingerprint placing position. Now you need to pay by debit/credit card or Paypal. Now wait for our letter with fingerprint strips. Please take as many attemps for fingertip as you need. If you had chosen to mail in your gadget please attach a white page with your fingertip on it. If you have several fingertips on same page, please select one which must be etched. Send it back to us (attach your gadget to the package if you have selected mail in service).
